Dice debunks 21st century jobseeking myths …

As much as many of us would likely prefer to replace the tried-and-true resume document as the currency of jobseeking, the reality is resumes still occupy a critical place in the recruiting marketplace.  While it is far more convenient to send a hyperlink to a profile of your virtual self, a resume is a real-time snapshot of who you are professionally … in a way that even a LinkedIn profile isn’t.  Yet.  At least for the average hiring manager.
